btv technologies expands the circle of shareholders with internal managers: Maximilian Krane, currently CEO, and Sven Vogel, currently CFO, join the company as new managing partners.

Maximilian Krane, who as CEO is responsible for Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Order Management and Marketing, returned to btv technologies at the beginning of 2023 after holding various positions in the industry, including at Avnet and Silicon Labs. He previously worked for the company as Key Account Manager from October 2011 to March 2015.

Sven Vogel, who has been CFO since 2022 and is responsible for Controlling, Finance & Accounting, Facility Management and Human Resources, brings valuable industry experience from his time at Continental and Audi. He joined btv technologies in 2018 as Controller and was promoted to CFO four years later.

Current shareholder structure

With the participation of Krane and Vogel, the number of shareholders at btv technologies increases to a total of four. In addition to btv holding gmbh, whose main shareholder is Julio Ortega, Mercedes-Benz AG has also recently become a shareholder of the company.

This expansion of the group of shareholders underlines btv technologies’ continuous growth and future-oriented focus and consolidates its position as a leading provider in the electronics industry.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the new investment.
