Maximilian Krane (CEO)
As CEO, Maximilian Krane is responsible for Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Order Management, Marketing and Procurement & Material Planning. At the beginning of 2023 he returned to btv technologies after working as key account manager for the company from 2011 to 2015. In the meantime, he gained valuable experience at well-known companies such as Avnet and Silicon Labs.
Sven Vogel (CFO)
Since 2022, Sven Vogel has headed the Controlling, Finance & Accounting, Facility Management and Human Resources areas as CFO. He brings valuable industry experience from Continental and Audi. Sven Vogel started as a controller at btv technologies in 2018 and was promoted to CFO four years later.
From the garage to the hidden champion
What began in 1992 as a visionary idea by Julio Ortega in a garage in Lingen an der Ems has developed into a hidden champion in the electronics industry. The evolution of btv technologies is reflected in our name: from "Bauteile-Vertrieb" = component sales) to "Beschaffung, Terminierung und Vertrieb" (= procurement, scheduling and sales) to today’s “bridging technology and service”.
Under the leadership of Julio Ortega, btv technologies mastered major challenges and established itself as a unique logistics provider and service provider for semiconductor manufacturers and industrial customers. We revolutionized the industry with the innovative concept of “component logistics as a service”.
Milestones of our development
- 1992: Founded as a trading company with an impressive turnover of 5.3 million DM in the first year
- 1994: First projects in the area of supply management
- 1995: Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9002
- 1997: Start of programming for the automotive industry
