Secure Element Programming (seel®) guarantees more security and modularity
btv seel® offers you and your data extremely secure programming. Using asymmetric 4k key technology, your firmware is decrypted in only one place during the entire encapsulated programming process: in our RAM memory. Once secure programming is complete, the decrypted data stored in RAM is irretrievably deleted before the machine's encapsulated seel® mode is terminated. - No transmission of your root certificates: You do not need to entrust us with your root certificates. You sign certificates in real time as part of a permanently fully encrypted remote data traffic.
- Implement certificates on a controller basis: You can implement individually derived certificates on a controller basis.
- Firmware is only decrypted at one point: The secure firmware is only available in the volatile RAM memory during the programming process. As soon as the process is complete, the btv seel® process deletes the firmware.
- Root certificates and algorithms remain your responsibility: You do not have to transfer root certificates and algorithms for generating crypto data. This means that they remain entirely your responsibility.
- An automated process without manual intervention: Only our specially qualified personnel monitor the btv seel® process (sample and series production). Manual intervention on our part is neither necessary nor possible.

Maximum flexibility with maximum data security? seel® unlimited transmits your sensitive data within a protected data room - depending on your requirements, we will coordinate a customer-specific process with you.
Within the data room, which is secured by asymmetric 4k key technology, the firmware is only decrypted in RAM. A corresponding public-private key pair can be generated at microcontroller level as part of the programming. A certificate can also be generated. The certificates can be signed by you via our shared, secure data room. At the end, we visually inspect all chips to ensure that you only receive intact goods.

Taping and assembling: We provide you with the optimum goods for your production
Not every component is originally packaged the way you need it for your production. At btv technologies, we solve this problem quickly and flexibly: Whether beading, bending or cutting - we work with you to configure a customized finish. Our large machine park is the foundation for this.
We can dry your goods in a belt or temper them in a tray - without compromising on quality. We can carry out the process in compliance with standards (in accordance with the IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 standard) or adapt it to customer-specific parameters. The entire process is subject to constant monitoring and documentation.
If you need your components in the belt, we are the right partner for you. The taping process is optimized for maximum efficiency and can also be carried out manually. This enables us to prepare mechanical, electromechanical and electronic components perfectly for you - even in large quantities. The fully automated (high-volume) series taping of microchips with 2D or 3D inspection ensures the quality of the goods at all times.
