We work together with renowned, independent testing institutes and have already collaborated with the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology ISIT. We have developed a reliable obsolescence management system for long-term storage with the help of clearly defined, tried-and-tested and transparent work processes based on the DIN EN IEC 62435 standard. - Cost security for up to 10 years - and longer if agreed: Stable prices guarantee secure product costing. Clear cost transparency is just as important as price stability. This allows you to plan, produce and deliver with confidence.
- Bag-in-bag solution: All products remain in their original packaging and are stored by us in a moisture barrier bag with a protective atmosphere. This prevents virtually all contamination problems on the components.
- Active quality assurance indicators: We repack your goods every two years to ensure that they always retain their quality. During the repacking process, the operator uses indicators to check the quality and can thus guarantee perfect storage.
Long-term storage and preservation is strongly based on the DIN EN IEC 62435 standard
Regardless of whether you want to store components, modules and control units: Our years of experience with electronic components enable us to adapt processes to customer and product-specific requirements. We keep the process as simple as possible: the original packaging of your goods remains intact and is additionally sealed with ESD protective packaging.
On request, your components can also be stored in separate locations. This allows us to measurably minimize the risk of failure. By closely checking and monitoring the stored goods, we ensure 100% that your components are functional at all times over long periods of time.
