New managers for the future

With effect from 01.01.2023, the electronics and logistics service provider btv technologies is initiating a generational change and appointing two new members of the management board, Maximilian Krane (CEO) and Sven Vogel (CFO).

Maximilian Krane (CEO)

At the age of 36, Maximilian Krane already has many years of experience with well-known companies in the electronics and semiconductor industry and can show an impressive portfolio of successfully implemented projects as well as international experience abroad. He is no stranger to btv technologies. He entered the semiconductor and electronics industry in the sales department, which later led him to Avnet Silica and finally to Silicon Labs before he returned to btv technologies as CEO in January.

“I am very happy to return to btv technologies gmbh, because even though I have been able to gain experience at other international companies in recent years, the contact has never been broken. Particularly with regard to the tak logistics model, I see great opportunities for btv technologies gmbh to develop further from its position as a hidden champion,” says the new CEO, Maximilian Krane.

Currently, the interest in the logistics model is greater than ever before, and the tak model will play a key role in the future of btv technologies GmbH.

Sven Vogel (CFO)

Sven Vogel has already been a member of the Executive Board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since April 2022 and was appointed as Managing Director of btv technologies at the beginning of this year.

With his many years of experience in the automotive industry at well-known companies, he has been associated with btv technologies since 2018 and was previously responsible for the area of controlling.
“The future outlook for our logistics model is excellent and it is a matter of working with our team to implement the challenges involved to ensure the sustainability of the model, which I am very much looking forward to.”

Johannes-Benjamin Schmidt

As the new Head of Sales, Benjamin Schmidt takes over the sales strategies of btv technologies in order to implement them together with his team. He is not an unfamiliar face to customers and business partners in the automotive industry, as Benjamin Schmidt has also been employed in the sales field force as a successful key account manager at btv technologies gmbh for six years and can thus draw on many years of sales experience.

„The logistical challenges of our customers and business partners in particular have increased greatly in recent years due to the collapse of supply chains. The range of services marketed by btv technologies gmbh for more than 30 years is in greater demand than ever before. From the experience I have gained in recent years, I know that btv technologies gmbh will bring a new dimension to the supply chain in the next few years with the tak model, which has already been successfully implemented in the market and is currently the only transparent model for electronic components that ensures sustainable production.“
